What is Microblading?
Microblading is a semi permanent tattoo to look like natural hair strokes. Whether you have thin brows or no brows, some people want a better arch and this will help make them look super natural!
You have the initial procedure which is 450.00 and you will come back at 6-8 weeks for a touch up which is 100.00
The touch up gives us the true shape/color we're going for.
You shouldn't need another touch up for 1.5-2 years just depending on your skin type.
I use two types of numbing to help reduce the discomfort. We choose shape and color together based on your natural growth pattern of eyebrows. Then I won't start the actual procedure until you give me the go ahead after you see my mapping and approve the shape and thickness.
Normally healing time is one week but some times they can look slightly red and irritated the first day or two. Some people do not get red at all after the procedure. This will always look darker immediately after the procedure but will begin to lighten around Day 4.
It heals similar to a tattoo. Everyone is different. Some people may peel a little bit but others don't peel at all. They shouldn't scab at all either as we keep ointment on them and wash them every night for a week.
The Experience
From the moment my client walks in we sit and discuss what they're hoping for their brows, they show me any photos they saved of example brow shapes/thickness they like. We then take before photos of their brows and I then lay them down to put on the topical numbing. It needs to sit on their for about 20 minutes. We can then sit and chat while your brows numb.
After that I wipe off the numbing and start my mapping process. I will use my China markers to draw my map outline. I will sit you up after I'm done drawing to show you where my strokes will go inside the lines and will continue to adjust the shape until you're happy with it. Then I start my first pass of stokes with the blade. I will go back and forth on each brow 2-3 times.
After I'm happy with the results I will sit up my client to look. I will peek first to see if there is anything I want to adjust first. If the client is happy and doesn't want anything adjusted, we then go over aftercare and book the 8 week touch up.
